Job Requirement
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering Software Engineering Electrical Engineering or other relevant fields Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or other relevant fields with 10 years banking experience out of which a minimum of 4 years’ experience as Department Director or Deputy Chief Officer. Or BSc. Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or other relevant fields with 12 years banking experience out of which a minimum of 4 years’ experience as Department Director or Deputy Chief Officer.
Additional Skills & Competencies required:
- The CTO candidate is expected to have technical competencies in the areas of IT strategy, project management, enterprise architecture, digital innovation and transformation.
- Knowledge and working skills of banking system and technologies, infrastructures.
- The CTO is also expected to have a good understanding of the Banking business as an executive as s/he is expected to drive business success through technology adoption and innovation.
- The CTO on the other hand is expected to have an excellent leadership skill demonstrated in his/her tenure. He/she is also expected to balance operational excellence with strategic direction and vision.
- As an executive people management is also one of the critical skills that we are looking from the candidate.
