Job Requirement
- Qualification: A minimum of BA/MA/MSC/ degree in Accounting/Accounting and Finance/ Professional Accounting/ Auditing from recognized institutions.
- Experience: A minimum of 4 years relevant experience in audit service/occupation; specially in core insurance operation, with at least 2-years’ service as financial auditor.
Preferred Skills:
- A deep understanding of insurance operations, products and contracts
- Familiarity with IFRS, IAS, Audit Standards, Insurance Regulations and other local laws including Ethiopian commercial law.
- Strong analytical skills to identify complex business issues, understand root causes, and develop effective solutions and mitigating
