Job Requirement
- Master’s degree in forestry, NRM or related fields
- At least 5 years’ experience in forestry or related fields
- Proven experience in project planning, implementation and field operation in the area of participatory forest management (PFM) and Climate Smart Agriculture
- Experience in facilitation, organizing and conducting stakeholder meetings and workshops
- Ability to work well under pressure and have a flexible approach to tasks given
- Experience in working with rural communities and extensive field work.
- Experience and proven track record in participatory approaches
- Excellent communication and reporting skills in English language
- Knowledge and experience of the project intervention areas and the context
- Ability to speak local languages
