Job Summery

Overview: In close collaboration with the Marketing Manager, the Deputy Marketing Manager will increase MCC’s market share on Print, Digital Platforms across a range of digital and social media channels. Working closely with colleagues, clients and agents, s/he will be responsible in researching and creating brilliant marketing and sales ideas that fully brings significant revenue increment.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter those markets
  • Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones
  • Developing marketing strategies for advertising new services.
  • Set annual and quarterly marketing goals and monitor performance of lead generation
  • Align sales and marketing goals to create accurate target personas, build prospect lists and segment audiences.
  • Build relationships with other marketing professionals in the industry and continue learning about industry trends.
  • Examining digital marketing tactics with the sales teams.
  • Creating and implementing digital marketing strategy across all platforms.
  • Identifying the most recent industry trends and technologies.
  • Handle additional tasks to be delegated by the Marketing Manager

Job Requirement

Qualification: A minimum of seven years of Marketing and Sales experience, with at least three years working in a capacity of Managerial Position A bachelor’s degree and above in Marketing, Business Administration or Related fields of studies. Workflow management experience in Print, Digital Media and Commercial Video Production organizations.

  • Excellent problem solving & decision skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage teams and to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to give constructive feedback
  • Keen attention to details
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
